The Tuscarawas
Valley Society of Professional Engineers (TVSPE) is composed of Engineers
and Surveyors of Carroll, Holmes, Tuscarawas, Coshocton, Harrison and
Jefferson Counties, which is our chapter region.
Engineers and Surveyors outside this region are also members.
The TVSPE was chartered March 19, 1964.
TVSPE is a chapter of the Ohio Society of Professional Engineers
(OSPE), a state-affiliate of the National Society of Professional
Engineers (NSPE). OSPE was
established in 1878 to promote the ethical conduct of practicing
professional engineers, high standards of engineering education, and to
advance public safety and welfare. OSPE
is the leading state engineering society representing all disciplines and
practice divisions of the engineering profession:
Industry, Private Practice, Government, Construction and
Education.
